We had our patio and back door replaced on 15/07/2020. Overall, our experience with Safestyle was great. The Sales Rep that visited us was lovely, very approachable and not at all pushy. The surveyor was also friendly and got everything he needed to do quickly as I was juggling our dog and baby on my own. And the men who came to do the work were friendly, quick and clean! They were only here 2 hours to do the whole job, and the mess to clean afterwards was very minimal. I expected the wooden sill on the inside of our patio to be pulled out and replaced with plastic but I didn't actually specify or ask about that. Me and my husband are both very happy with the outcome :-)
