We had Safestyle booked in for a window and french doors. The original date was 12th August (this was to coincide with a new kitchen and extension). We were disappointed when the date was changed last minute to 21st August.
On the 21st August we received a phone call 5 mins before they were supposed to arrive explaining that the fitter had an abscess.
A new date was set for 1st September with a sincere apology. We received a phone call on the day to say the fitter had got stuck on a job and wouldn’t be coming!!?
With a promise of compensation, we agreed to a new date of 5th sept, we would get a phone call on 4th sept confirming a time. We had phone ourselves at 16:50, this time the fitters mother in law had fallen down the stairs and broken her coccyx!!!?
We’ve now cancelled and asked for our deposit back as don’t feel like they’d ever turn up. Having being lied to and let down numerous times, I urge people not to use this company - they don’t deserve your custom.
