Contract No. 1398726 Safestyle are very quick to come to your property & quick to fit the product(s) you require.After that they do not wish to know.We had French doors plus a window fitted on the 11th Aug 2020.On completion of the fitting; The main french door is very difficult to shut & to lock.The top of the door,outside edge,is such a poor fit that I can push my finger in between the door & the frame. Part of the inner beading for the door was found to be broken, needs to be replaced The handles of the 2 french doors do not align horizontally,it almost looks as if one handle is broken. The frames to the windows either side of the french doors ate not vertical,a 6mm discrepancy which if very noticable. Contacting,and getting any sense out of Safestyle is almost impossible.After a month of attempting to phone/e-mail Safestyle I am still no further along the line to getting the above problems fixed.Not even a date. It seems that all Safestyle are interested in is taking the customers money,they boast about their 'customer care',believe me it does not exist.This is a disgusting company which should not be allowed to be in business,avoid at all costs
