Safestyleent me a contract which I accepted.Their surveyor duly surveyed and without me noticing he altered the contract(back door)from frosted glass to plain glass. There is a large ,busy factory l ess than 20 feet from ths door.Two months ago as a
Gesture of goodwill they agreed to change it. Since then the gentleman concerned ignores all communications.My son has pursued this matter and it seems they blamed me for using an incorrect email address (last week) Perhaps something will be done?
