I complained to Saga six weeks ago about substandard service via telephone and webchat facility.This related to home emergency issue.Whilst I understand that they conveniently pass the buck to the underwriter Axa( I am also waiting to hear from them the after six weeks).
Saga called me today to say that they have investigated my complaint and found their people acted impeccably!
If this is impeccable service I would hate to see substandard service.
Having been passed from pillar to post by a succession of so called advisors (seriously had about seven of them) each passing me on or doing a Pontus Pilate,they now say they were good.
Advice to others? Consider someone else
