Ive been charged twice for my household insurance for 3 months!! Having contacted Saga after noticing this after 2 months , got the persons name/date and time of call etc , nothing was done. Still charged twice for the 3rd month. Made a written complaint been told it will take up to 8weeks to investigate . What is there to investigate that will take that long,? apparently that’s their procedure! Poor customer service and aftercare.
