What went wrong| was your question. Simple! call centre obviously is understaffed.
Have rung now 4 times in last week to sort something and been advised customer wait times in excess of 15 minutes. Waited over 20 minutes 3 times with no response. Currently still not answered after 35 minutes. I have given up. Even the inland revenue wait time is less.
