I tried to cancel a home contents insurance. I was told there was a 10 minute queue. After holding on for 20 minutes I was finally put through to Travis. He spoke clearly and precisely and after hearing my request said he would put me through to a different dept. He passed me on and I was put into another queue. This time I was told the wait time was 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I gave up. Why was I passed from one queue and then to a second longer queue. I always liked Saga because I could speak to someone. That has changed for the worse. Sorry Saga you have lost my trust.
