The car insurance process was terrible for a non fault claim although the advisor was polite and I thought all was good, 6 months later the problems began.
I now know that Saga cancelled my claim with the underwriter the same day they submitted it.
Then they transferred the claim for car hire and repair to Enterprise who I have heard pay Saga a fee to use them.
Then 6 months after a no fault claim Enterprise contact me asking me to help their solicitors to recover costs from the at fault party and asking very intruding and personal financial questions and quoting very significant amounts of money to be recovered which was extremely concerning to me.
It has been so very stressful and is now 7 months after the incident.
If I’m insured with Saga and underwritten by LV that is who I expect to be handling my insurance issues. Not Enterprise!
Very dissatisfied with Saga insurance processes.
Also the online submit a complaint form was faulty and so I had to submit by email.
The response to email was extremely slow.
I wouldn’t use Saga car insurance again and if you do choose to use them insist they don’t use Enterprise for any claim you make.
