They were a bunch of nasty, threatening, disorganised rogues. For nine months I continued to receive letters telling me its not quite over, so dont relax, we may still need you to attend court if we dont get the 3rd party to admit liability. It was a dreadful experience, just when I needed support Saga were most definitely not there. Dont buy their car insurance.
