I had a leak coming from my bathroom through the kitchen ceiling, I have never made a claim before so thought as i pay insurance I will claim instead as this was an expensive issue to resolve, I just found out that SAGA will not help at all, I’ve been a loyal customer for years.... just goes to show you can pay all this money for insurance for them to do absolutely nothing and get out of paying also SAGA got their surveyor company BVS to tell me they were doing nothing to help, no apology or anything from SAGA..... Totally disappointed and disgusted with the service and the way I have been treated, i will be leaving them and I will NEVER recommend them, thank you for nothing SAGA, wrote on behalf of my mother. Please please please do your research before you go with SAGA!!
