Do not use this company for Home emergency cover. First call took 15mins to be answered. The trade person did not contact me within the 2rs promised. Second call took 40mins to be answered. Seems as though the operator did not pass on my mobile number for the trade person to call me. Eventually I was put through to the tradeperson who promised to call me back within 10mins. This did not happen. Called tradeperson back again and they said sorry too busy to come even though emergancy will have to wait until morning. Suggested i call saga back to arrange for someone else. Tried to call saga back but lines said too busy to take your call and was cut off!!! kept getting same message. On a positive note the trade person came out in the morning and they were excellent. had a night of real worry hoping situation would not get worse. Saga Home emergency in my view are not fit for purpose and i intend contacting them later with my complaint. They need more operators to answer their phones and need to then do their job correctly and pass on phone numbers.
