I used an online nectar voucher (£15 off if spend £100 or more) for my online grocery order only for it not to be included when my payment was taken on the day of delivery- Sainsburys gave me another one- only so I have to spend another £100! theft! I used the voucher in good will to receive the discount and my shopping subsequently cost more. Also my substitutes that I gave back to the driver have given as a voucher not a refund! I also requested bagged grocery deliveries as I'm vulnerable however this was not fulfilled either and I was led to believe it would be.
