When I checked my shopping after an online delivery, I found I was missing 5 items, for which I had been charged.
I phoned sainsbury; the person I spoke to was not authorised to give me my money back but had to pass me onto another person. I waited on hold, and then was told that they were busy (with other complaints, I'm sure). I was told I would receive a ring back. No ring back.
I've been a regular Tesco customer and am going back to them. Their customer service is great and they have been happy to rectify any issues immediately.
