Female driver refused to deliver to me order ,she told me to come and collect from her van!!! She don't have where to park???! Never ever I had a problem with sainsburys delivery,always they had where to park and was delivering without problems ! Always was drivers mens,but this time female and refusing to deliver! She didn't ask me for assistant ,she ask me to come and collect delivery from van!!! Is big different! Custumer service wasn't helpfull at all !! GRAYS ! ESSEX
