Absolutely farcical. I never bother with online shopping but Sainsburys had sent me a money off voucher and a free delivery pas so i thought why not....... Shouldn't have bothered.
Had to phone 3 or 4 tines trying to get these vouchers on and eventually i just told them to cancel it as life is too short for that kind of nonsense.
Never again.
Ill add that the staff on the phone were lovely but that's no use if the orders wrong.
