Bought a microwave which was Sainsbury make. Had about 6 months use out of it as the other 6 months it was packed away due to a move. Started to use it after the move which was 7 days after the year and it would not work. After explaining that we only had little use from it the reply was out of guaranty so can not help. I would advise anyone to think twice when buying electrical goods from the store as they do not last even with little use and the duty manager at Pontypridd was not interested and had no compassion even though it was so close after the year was over. Goods should last longer than this did. Will stick to Asda and Currys from now on.
