I am disabled I was shopping in Sainsbury’s in Pinhoe Exeter. I stopped one of your staff Shani to ask where an item us as I was struggling getting around with the pain she not only showed me where the item was she pushed my trolley. Shani unpacked all my shopping she got Jade to help me pack and Jade then took it to the car and packed it in the boot. Abbi on the till was really helpful too so thank you Sainsbury’s for your fab staff Shani,Jade and Abbi x
