Their website said they had a particular game I wanted for a Christmas present A Pictionary Air so I ordered online for the first time making my £40 order up with stamps and a bottle or two! The morning of delivery they email to say that they have substituted JENGA for the Pictionary air! So disappointed, to add further salt to injury they send 2 text messages to say please have your card ready as the money will be taken once in receipt of goods.
I phoned customer service complained about their service and was then told they had already taken my money and it would take up to 5 working days to refund😡 Needless to say you had the chance to secure further orders from myself guess what? You blew it! as I will no longer be Shopping with Sainsbury
