Really awful, was supposed to get a delivery today, no one came at the time slot or called or anything. 30 min later I call customer service and wait on the line for another 30 min to find out that the driver was running late and decided not to deliver my order at all. At first they suggested rescheduling my order for the next day, but then told me that all the slots are booked!
The worst is that there was absolutely no information about all this, neither the driver nor the store contacted me, just took my money in the morning and now I have to wait for the refund! If I did not call to find out, they would probably just keep my money and never deliver anything.
Did not offer any kind of voucher or anything either.
