Hi customer friendly Sainsbury's In December 2019 my partner and I bought a dvd box set of game of thrones for a present to ourselves. Due to illness and work commitments we weren't able to watch it until this week and found that the last disc , episode 6 , would not play. We took the item back to the store ( URMSTON BRANCH ) and asked for an exchange which we were immediately and rudely refused. We have been shopping in the Urmston store ever since it opened in the revamped precinct and spend approximately £130 - £150 per week. We will never shop in Sainsbury's again ( ASDA, TESCO, MORRISON'S etc. are all within a few miles ) this represents a yearly loss of around £7800. Hope you're happy with that result.
