Wow, since when did customers pick their plate of food from the person serving it on the tray!? Having breakfast with a colleague, Old man, Dave , weymouth store in Dorset, serving food, ok, he was wearing rubber gloves, he approached the table I sat on, told me to remove the own breakfast, hmm, why i enquired, because of the Coronavirus, are you being serious. Yes. He replied, I could not believe what I hear, firstly, I'd like to point out that wearing gloves in the kitchen and then serving food with said same gloves is unhygienic, If this chap was so concerned about the virus then he should of stayed at home or possibly even wear a mask if he was so concerned about his health, what a contradiction when another diner forget her cutlery and Dave scooted on over and brought the lady her knife and fork wearing the exact same gloves, in one he didnt want to touch the plate of food in which he most likely put it on the tray himself but did not want to serve and secondly he touched the knife and fork, I think someone needs a food and hygiene course, i dont think any one who works in the cafe has any sort of certification on food, looks like a phone to my local council is in order, but I have not been do insulted in my life over a virus that he most likely will not have, its great the most uneducated will fear a virus without looking on Facebook for advice, keep up the good work to all the managers in this particular store.
