I have paid fro a delivery pass and had a delivery nearly every week for 4 years - but today - cannot get a slot. We are over 70 and need this service. Why are Sainsburys at least doing what they do over Christmas and giving those with paid passes i week early access. Basically they are just not servicing loyal customers! Or the elderly - step up your service and start working out who really needs it, or who has already paid for deliveries!!!!!!!!
