I order on line fortnightly for a 97 Yr old lady using my visa card and she reimburses me. I cannot find a slot for her delivery and I have tried to contact Sainsburys but am simply cut off when I call (no emails accepted). I have a broken hand so cannot drive and go to the shops for her. Surely there must be a way of prioritising people? The elderly lady was a land army girl in the war.
