I bought my son the Rhythm Bindings for Christmas and he got to use them twice
On the third snowboarding trip he didn’t even get to go down the hill and the back of the binding snapped completely off
I filled out the warranty form with all the pictures and everything and now they are saying it’s not adequate enough and I need to send the broken binding in for inspection. It is clear as day that this is a manufactures defect no binding should break after two uses and this shouldn’t even be a question
It has been over a week and they just messaged me to say that I need to send in the broken binding which will leave my son unable to use his $300 snowboard pass I paid for. It has already been a week and by time it gets shipped there it will be another week then it will be at least a week for them to review it again because they are so slow. After that if they decide that it is a warranty problem they will send him the new bindings
So by time he gets his Bindings it will be mid February and snowboard season will be done beginning of March
This is absolutely uncalled for, there is no reason a binding should break that easy on a third use. My son has now already missed out on two weeks of snowboarding because of this
iMessage them two weeks ago and it took them almost 5 days to even reply to me
I highly recommend you stay away from this company and look elsewhere, though their products look good and they have decent prices their products are crap
Never again will I be dealing with these people I am hoping that they do honour the two-year warranty that comes with it or give me my money back so I can go to a better company
