Salomon Suck ! No consideration for their consumer and the purchase journey.... disgusting service Ordered 2 x pairs of trainers, paid for express service to ensure they arrived in time for a trip... Order Number: SLNGBEN1162503 Delivery due date arrived, still no tracking or order update.... then received and email to say they are busy and there is a delay, but still no promise date. Called customer service and asked for an update, they are unable to say or confirm ship date or expected arrival date as they have no information available to them Requested a refund of the £12 paid for express delivery as clearly they had not fulfilled that promise...... they refused and said this can only happen after the goods are delivered and then I have to call back again to request it..... I reminded her they are already late, delivery promise missed, no ETA provided so why should I have to wait and then have to call them back ..... she then just repeated the same info and said that is all they can do I asked to cancel the order and informed her that I would buy them elsewhere, she said she cannot cancel the order as they dont have that option availabile to them.... what a load of complete trash! Seriously - avoid at every single opportunity for this company really really dont care and do not respect the rights of a consumer at all..... Bandits!
