Buyer beware… I ordered a hydration vest for a Christmas gift. I received an email that the package was delivered but it was never placed at my door despite a picture of packages in front of my house. After about 10 email requesting photos and me explaining I did not get the item- they said they must investigate the claim but there has been no attempts to help resolve this or credit my account. My only thought was that UPS delivered several packages that day and perhaps the package was not placed in front of my door. The company seems to be accusing me of fraud. Do yourself a favor don’t buy anything from them online. If you like the product go to REI and buy it directly. I will never ever buy anything from them again.
