Ordered Salomon’s a wk ago on end of yr sale.. got a confirmation email confirming my purchase was complete but today received an email saying my order was canceled with no explanation. After calling I discovered they ran of of stock but they didn’t offer anything besides a “sorry” until I asked a couple times if there’s any discount code or anything they can do to help me Of which he said he thinks he could do a 10% discount.. I had to send another email reminding them about the code and finally get it but at this point I don’t want to place another order. I thought I was getting shoes that I needed for an upcoming hike on a discounted price but guess not
