I have no problem with Sam's in-store, but they have changed fulfillment companies and their shipping now is a complete disaster. I placed an order on January 5th. We had snow coming, so I didn't want to drag people out into bad weather and asked for it to be shipped instead. I have gotten multiple statuses from them that make no sense at all. First, it's out for delivery, then it's out for delivery, it's cancelled, it's out for delivery yesterday, including some of the cancelled items, it's run into a problem, it's out for delivery, it's cancelled, it's out for delivery again- it will be delivered two days ago. I have literally never had a delivery from anyone that has been so unprofessional. They used to be fine- aside from a missing item or damaged item now and then- I've had no major complaints. On top of that, they have outsourced their customer service and they are even more incompetent and rude. I asked to refund my three week old membership because of this shipment and she hung up on me. Calling the local store is the only way to get a status now, but they see the same statuses I do. You can't cancel an item until it has a tracking number, and they don't get a tracking number until it gets shipped. So, you can't cancel it until it gets shipped? A 10 year old on roller skates could get the order delivered faster. I'm waiting ONCE AGAIN for a part of the order that I tried to cancel. It's been out for delivery for three days. It now says "Out for delivery yesterday". NEVER NEVER order anything from Sam's to be shipped.
