I must begin by saying this is a truly phenomenal system and I am grateful it exists. My little one has seizures in his sleep and while it seems I will never sleep again, it has given me so peace of mind. My system began from day one with a 2-3 second lag from real time events and has progressively gotten worse (currently ~18-20 second lag). I have tried to reset the system and completely unplug each piece (router/camera/iPad) with no success on fixing the delay. Recently, the camera as been on but the iPad will alert me that the camera is not found or the screen will go black for 10-20 seconds. We have the separate router for the camera and even put our son in our room now so the unit pieces are closer. It is a bit concerning as this is a new problem and I hope it doesn’t get worse. I still love it but wish I could fix that.
