My son is 23 years old and has two types of seizures: tonic clonic (grand mal) and focal seizures. His tonic clonic seizures are happening at night. I just purchased the SAMi3 a couple weeks ago. It takes some adjusting with the motion sensor, but it has made me feel much better being able to hear and see him in the bed through the night. We had a different camera system before the SAMi, but this camera is excellent and records his movements. He has not had a seizure since I've been using the SAMi, but I can tell that it will be much better than my previous camera. The picture comes in so clear and the microphone is very sensitive so I can hear everything. I am very pleased so far and I am taking it to the beach with us. It was such an easy setup and I was thrilled with that!! Thank you so much...it sure has taken some of the worry away that I may not hear him through the night. This can be a life saver for sure!!
