We love our SaMi. It has brought a lot of peace of mind in our home. Ever since we received it we installed it which was so easy and self-explanatory. The customer service has been great even though I would have loved it if we had been able to have a call, too it gets the job done faster than all the back-and-forth emails. What I love the most is being notified with every movement even though we get false alarms but also being able to look though past recordings, and save the ones are important like the ones with a seizure or an odd movement.
