I want to give a shout out to their customer service team. I had ordered the camera stand and the package was really damaged during shipment. The box was torn open and apart and taped closed. There were pieces missing from inside the box due to this. This was no fault of SAMi, but from damage through UPS which was irritating. I reached out to SAMi and their customer service was super fast and incredible. They gave me coupon codes for free shipping and full payment for the stand to re order a new one. I ordered it late last night, and I already received an email today stating that my package has shipped. Customer service was quick, prompt, and very kind. I cannot wait to get the stand
