We were introduced to Sami through the Chelsea Hutchison Foundation. Because of the generosity of donors and their passion for safe sleep in Epilepsy, we were granted a monitoring system. We have not required customer service since our initial inquiry about the camera being a good fit for our situation, but at that time, they were very helpful and quick to reply. I applaud their innovation and commitment to this quality product that assists in safety for concerned families.
