The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It really has been a joke. 6 phone call over the course of 25 days and approx 8 hours worth of phone calls.
They will not escalate customer concerns beyond front line customer service reps- which is fine- but it’s not fine when there is zero resolution or accommodation offered. The worst customer experience you will encounter. Buyers beware.
