I ordered a new Samsung galaxy phone phone in January 2021 on their monthly payment plan only to be charged full price up front which over drew my bank account over $500.00. I immediately contact Samsung on 2 seperate occasions and never got any response.
Over the years I've purchased Samsung cell phones, tablets etc, but never again!
I've been been employed in customer service for over 50 years, the last 15 years for a world wide bank and know what good customer service is, and Samsung has very poor customer service!
