Note Ultra 20, less than 6 months old. the charger stopped working so I drove to Sydney's Samsung store and they confirmed the warranty replacement. The employee was helpful, Samsung was not. A replacement charger (a very common item and not in stock) had to be sent to the store and I then have to go back in and collect it (again drive to the city). Samsung policy is they do not ship to customer (which sucks). 1 week I have to wait and how am I supposed to charge my phone as the cable is special and not common USB? I charge it while in the car. what really got my blood boiling is the OPTION !!! they do have them in store BUT only for sale in the shop front, so I can buy it!!!! SO much for warranty and Samsung Care !!!!! This is second time around that I have been stung by Samsung, NEVER again !!!! it is a matter of principal, not the $30. I see this as grand theft from customers!!! if I did this in my IT company, my customer would show me the door in 2 seconds !!!
