Samsung TV quit working. It took two weeks to have a repairman say the screen needed replaced and they would do that . Another call stated the entire TV would be replaced however it was on back order???? They could not get it from the stock at any number of stores. Fast forward 3 weeks and it is with the trucking company?? Distribution says Samsung has it.
The store that we purchased it from honored an exchange due to the incompetence of Samsung and the fact that we put this purchase on their charge. 10 days past the return. Not my first incident with this company, it will be my last. Live and learn . Gave them 1 star because I can't give minus anything.
