The most terrible customer service. They don't listen or appear to care. In future, If I felt I might need Samsung Customer Service on a product I am contemplating buying, I probably will not buy that product.
My experience is that they try to mask their incompetence and lack of any common sense discretion by implying that you are attempting to defraud them.
