We bought our fridge brand new from a Lowes near our home, within a few months the fridge door stopped giving us water out of the water dispenser. This happened BEFORE covid even began and literally have a had a service repair guy out every 4-5 months attempting to repair the door and continuously making errors and ordering new doors repeatedly because they kept making mistakes. TODAY 8/30/21 the door is finally fixed. That is almost 2 years since it first stopped. We also now have several broken fridge doors at our house that they will not take back with them and we are expected to pay the dump fees for them. Absolutely horrible customer service. These repair guys have no clue what they are doing and it is not their fault they did not get proper training and do have the support from Samsung that they need to do their job. Will never buy another samsung appliance again.
