I have a Samsung A21 Cell Phone that is Under Warranty and I can not get it repaired or replaced. After over 6 weeks I continue to get the Run Around from Everyone At Samsung. Samsung wants you to buy their products and if you have problems with the product, they Do Not Want To Help You. After 4 weeks of going back and forth they said they would honor the Warranty and said I would have to take it to a U Break I Fix Authorized Samsung Repair Shop for it to be repaired. The closest shop with equipment to repair my cell phone was U Break I Fix 7690 Dorchester Blvd Suite 103 Hanover, MD 21076. Once U Break I Fix received a new Mother Board from Samsung to replace in my cell phone, I then drove 300 miles Round Trip and waited 4 hours to Only Find that their Authorized Dealer could NOT REPAIR MY PHONE. I spent another 2 and half weeks going back and forth with them to No Success. I have 4 Samsung Smart TVs and Samsung Microwave and I can PROMISE YOU ALL that I will never, never, never purchase another Samsung Product.

After reading about what I have been going through and elected today to STOP TRYING TO GET THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND SAVE MYSELF FROM A POSSIBLE HEART ATTACK, I AM GOING TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE, BUT NOT A SAMSUNG PRODUCT.
