Very frustrated and dissatisfied consumer, I will never recommend buy Samsung appliances , a 2 years old refrigerator is stopped from working, to be more clear it the freezer that is not working! Samsung mislead clients when they put label says 10 years warranty.
When I called Samsung seeking for the help to fix the issue, here what I got!
You as customer go bring a technician if you want! we can give you a technician number but all this is on your own coast. and if the technician give a report that the issue is in the compressor send us the tech report and we will send the part for you and you can install it in your own coast.
seriously what an after sell service! how this is called a service , you simply could make this clear as a label on the fridge and show it under the 10 years warranty label, don't keep fooling the clients this is nothing but trash.
