I have had nothing but problems with every Samsung appliance in my house, all within the 1st 5 years of ownership. These appliances were purchased thru Lowes so perhaps they sell only their cheapo versions there, although the prices do not indicate that is the case. To summarize; Microwave - keypad failed and had to be replaced. Refrigerator - switch on the ice dispenser/cold water outlet failed and had to be replaced. Front panels are also rusting out due to water leaking out of the cold water outlet. Replacements not available. Stove - LED display failed. Had to replace the entire board. Washing machine - factory recall due to mechanical failure from heavy loads (not experienced w/my machine). Corrective measures taken under warrantee. Dryer - start/stop switch failed. Had to replaced the
control board as the switches are not replaceable. Only positive thing to say about Samsung is their TVs are great, but never another appliance.
