Worst customer service experience. My phone's (S20 plus)display had an yellow greenish discoloration after the automatic system update. I used this phone for 1.5 years and the warranty period was over then this issue happened,I went to service center and also reported to customer service for several times about the issue but they suggested me to replace display under my own expense of Rs.16000 due to no warranty. I paid almost Rs.75000 for the phone and now I have to pay Rs.16000 for the fault happened by the Samsung system update.
