we purchased a Samsung washer and dryer in July 2021 upon delivery the washer and dryer were damaged we also ordered pedestals for the washer and dryer which are the drawers that they sit on we sent the entire order back to Samsung a week later they re-issued the order and we received a washer and dryer but without pedestals on August 26, 2021. After at least 20 calls with Samsung back-and-forth we cannot get to the bottom of receiving our pedestals it is now mid October and we still don’t have pedestals and nobody can help us at at Samsung.
Our hands are completely tied because nobody has answer for us. If they do try to help, it is very difficult to understand them
