I purchased a tv. Samsung has done updates and deactived the features described as per manufacturer specs. IT does not do screen mirroring anymore. I have contacted them and sent a letter of demand as it’s Aus consumer law that is must be as described. They have replied with they are not prepared to offer a remedy. The customer service is terrible. I am having to take the matter further legally.
