Day nine with a broken washing machine that is eight months old.
Begged for an engineer to be sent to me, but Samsung just want me to take a video and email it to them. Which I did.
Then was told they don’t accept a .mov file extension. So I struggled to change the format, then I had to shrink the file as was too big to send.
Which I did. Now I am sending the acceptable video in a working format only to be told the are not receiving it at their end. Even though the video is showing as sent in my sent email tab.
So rang them again today this time I was asked how many seconds is that video???
They will only accept no more than 30 seconds. I really need a repairman to come snd fix the drum as it is not moving during any wash cycle. This is not a tech problem but a machine part fault.
Samsung have all of the info needed to realise this.
Now my issue still not solved is being pushed over to tech support so that they can ring me to discuss why they are not able to open the .mp4 video file that I can open on my iPhone and pc.
At this rate I will be washing my clothes in the local river.
I will never recommend Samsung to anyone after all of this stress.
