Customer service
Since yesterday, I was trying to place the order and the online shopping website is not letting me to do so .I call customer service today to solve the issue. I told my whole story that I could not put the order by your website.(The order doesn't show in the cart) and in reply he asked " Can you please give your order number". Seriously! then I called again to fine someone who is awake enough to answer my call. By the way I am related to IT and most of my products are from Samsung. A lady did pick up my call this time so I told her what is going on. And her advice was " Try to log out and log in again or use a different browser" Even I told her that I have already done all the trouble shooting. Samsung is one of the giants in electronic Market but unfortunately their customer service is very unprofessional. I am also from a multi culture background but It will be nice if we can get U.K base customer service.
