I would give you a zero. I went to change a carbon filter . I scan the QR code on my microwave. It brought me to a video . Upon following the instructions. I broke the cover because the video is not the correct on how to remove the cover for that particular microwave . I called customer service. They won’t do anything because I followed their instructions causing it to break . They want to accept no responsibility for their error. Since it’s out of warranty it’s “my mistake” although it is their video that I was taken to by their QR code. They are quick to sell you the part though . This is what to expect . Poor customer service, no accountability. Get another brand.
