We bought a top end Samsung Ecobubble washing machine that is stopped draining after just over a year. It is in warranty and so they sent and engineer out to fix the fault who decided it must be the the waste pipe without carrying out any other checks. This didn't fix the fault. We then had a representative run through a series of checks and questions and told me they would need to escalate as an engineer has already been out. They advised it would be quicker to get in touch with the repair supplier and tell them they didn't fix it. The supplier refused to help and told me to get in touch with Samsung. I've since called over 10 times (all calls lasting between 30mins and 2 hours being put on hold multiple times. After explaining myself countless times I am told they have escalated to the technical specialist team and they will call me back in 24-48hours. This of course never happens (6 times and 6 calls asking why no one has got in touch - going back weeks.) Our family has been without a working washer since August now and it still hasn't been resolved. The customer service has been absolutely disgraceful. I can't pay someone else to fix it because Samsung have said it will void the 5 year warranty. I'm posting here in the hope that Samsung actually read this an investigate. Currently waiting on call hold after another 1 hour and 9 minutes!!!
